We will choose a general three phase situation with water. Select ‘EOS (Peng-Robinson)’ and
check ‘Water’.
Note that the use of ‘EOS (Peng-Robinson)’ is limited here to the hydrocarbon phases (Oil and
Gas) while the water is considered immiscible and is treated separately. Click on to open the
water properties tab:

In the ‘Main options’ tab, the thermal conductivity and the heat capacity at standard conditions
of pure water have to be set. Keep the suggested values.
