Selecting 'Add new filtered data' leads you to the filtering settings dialog where you can reduce
and filter the raw data (see also 'Filtration' in the Ecrin on-line help).

Accept all the default settings; click on
to display the filtered data statistics. The
number of pressure points has been reduced to approximately 26 000 points (depending on
your filtering settings).
You can go back to the DMC in the 'Filtering details' window: it shows the current number
of filtered data points. The filtering process automatically updates the data every 100,000
new points present in the Mirror gauge.

Press on
to display the plot page. This is not a preview and is the full view of the
resulting filtered data sample.
