Derived channels
Right click on node BLK1 A02' and choose from the popup menu 'Add new derived channel’,
the derived channel dialog is displayed, Fig B01.9. Name the channel ‘Total Liquid’, and click
on the nearby icon to change the plot color to red, and change the selection in the top droplist
from ‘Formula’ to ‘Sum’. The table below automatically offers two input channels. Pick for the
oil and water rates of well BLK1 A02 respectively. Change the Output type to ‘Total Rate’:
